Bernard Chaussegros holds a degree in Accounting as well as a degree in Economics. He specialsed in business development, focusing on the audiovisual sector. In 2000 he became a shareholder of Euro Media Television, alongside the three founders Chantal Barry, Jean-Pierre Barry and Luc Geoffroy. Bernard Chaussegros was then involved in the acquisition process of SFP, VCF and DVS. In 2007, he actively worked on the integration of Euro Media Television and the UBF Group. In 2008, he successfully oversaw the purchase of the TPX group and, more recently, in 2010, he carried out the acquisition of the Italian company 3ZERO2. |

Xavier Marvaldi is an engineer from the Ecole Centrale in Lyon. He started his career as a consultant with Accenture and Mc Kinsey. Working at Canal+ from 2002 to 2005 he successively held the positions of Technical Director for Canal Satellite, Technical Distribution Director for the group and then Chairman for Canal+ Active. In 2005, he joined M6 Web as the Managing Director and in three years, under his management, the company's turnover and the results have doubled. |

Starting as a freelance cameraman in 1983, Henk Bout started Camco, an ENG company in 1988. Camco grew and became United, a full service broadcast facilities company. Through acquisitions, United became UBF Media Group, an international European group. After the merger with the French company EMT into Euro Media Group, he sold his shares in 2007, and decided to focus his attention on United in the Netherlands. |

René studied commerce and management at the Rotterdam University. His track record contains several organizational change projects. He had several functions within KPN Telecom (1991-1999) where he was, among others, involved in the introduction of broadband internet in the Netherlands and the realization of the e-commerce strategy of KPN. At NOB (1999-2003) he was responsible for the turnaround of their Radio and Television Division. This turnaround included the establishment of Dutchview, Ciris and Technicolor and the sale of Cinevideogroup. In 2005 Rene became the COO of UBF Media Group where he was responsible for the performance of the operating companies. After a small sidestep into online music Rene became the Director of Operations of United in 2010. |

Dirk Theunis has a wealth of experience within the Broadcast industry, having spent 27 years at Videohouse. As a child, he showed a large interest in Video and Audio. His father was involved in the start-up of Television in Belgium at NIR (predecessor of public broadcaster VRT). Dirk studied at the School for Television and Film (RITCS) and began his career as a Freelance Video-technician. In 1985, he joined Videohouse as a Video-editor. |

In 1987, Stefan Hoff started as editor, Video Mixer and TV Director for sports and entertainment programmes. From 1996 to 2008 he worked as Managing Director of WIGE COMMUNICATION GmbH, WIGE TELEVISION GmbH and HD Signs GmbH. In 2007-2008 he was also COO (Chief Operations Officer) and Member of the Board at listed company WIGE MEDIA AG. |

While studying Business and Economics at the Bocconi University of Milan in 1974, Mario Rasini founded a private radio station. In 1978 he started to work in the television industry as an executive producer of music and variety shows in the Mediaset company. In 1990 he joined Telepiù, the first Italian pay-TV. From 1994 to 2002 he served as CEO for the company and was then nominated President. In 2003, together with Piero Crispino, he founded 3ZERO2. |

In 1983, Pierluigi Crispino started to work for the Mediaset company and was in charge of the Adventures, Scientific and News department. In 1991 he joined TELE+, Italy’s first pay-TV, where he was appointed General Manager of the Cinema department and responsible for acquisitions. He launched Premium cinema channels, entertainment shows, TV series and the first Italian Pay per View cinema offer based on 16 channels. In 2003, together with Mario Rasini, he founded 3ZERO2, where he heads up the development and production of new formats. |
