In just over a month, Euro Media France has been collected numerous awards for its co-productions!
Kaboul Kitchen, co-produced with Scarlett Production (Joëy Faré) and Chic Film (Marco Cherqui) won two awards at the FIPA in Biarritz: the FIPA d’or for best series and the prize for best screenplay.
At the Luchon Festival, Erwan Creignou won a special mention for his role in Tout est bon dans le cochon, co-produced with Alchimic Films (Philippe Boulègue, Dominique Antoine).
Finally, Louis XI, le pouvoir fracassé has scooped two prizes: the Laurier for best drama, and the Laurier for best male actor for Jacques Perrin (who won the prize for best male role for the same role at the Luchon Festival last year).
In addition to these honours, there’s also a record audience. Kaboul Kitchen was a great hit on Canal+ right from its first episode, with one of the best audiences ever recorded in the history of the pay-TV channel, both in terms of audience share and number of viewers.
The first broadcast of a Euro Media France co-production will take place on Tuesday 28th February at 20:40 on France 3: Petits arrangements avec ma mère (Panama Productions).
