M6 approached Euro Media France to host its new game show and to successfully handle the technical equipment for the show produced by Shine France: 60 secondes chrono.
Adapting the international format of the show Minute to win it, which has already been adapted for the Dutch and Belgian versions by our colleagues at United (subsidiary of the Euro Media Group), M6 is finally putting an end to the last 3 years, during which there have been no game shows broadcast on the channel.
Presented by Alex Goude and broadcast during prime time from 12th July, 60 secondes chrono is both a fun an original game, entertaining and suitable for all the family.
The concept is simple: five members of the same family must win challenges using everyday items in less than a second [sic.] in an attempt to win 100 000 Euros. So as to have the best chance of winning, the candidates are allowed to practice at home. The 78 challenges from the show are known by the public and can be seen on the M6 website. Internet users can also film their own performances and post them on the web.
Directed by Franck Broqua with 11 HD cameras, including one 75 images/second loupe, the show was filmed this month with OB truck Nobeo 1 (from the German subsidiary of Euro media Group).
Launched in about 50 countries 60 secondes chrono was the most sold format throughout the world in 2011.
