On the 18th of June, 2009, the International Cycling Union announced that it had added a Pro Tour race to its calendar, to be held in Quebec on the 10th of September 2010 and a Pro Tour race in Montreal on the 12th of September, 2010, granting these a 5 year license.

Cinemas show 6 Nations Rugby in 3D with the help of Euro Media Sports

The French national rugby team - Les Bleus - celebrated 100 years of playing in what is now the 6 Nations. This anniversary was further marked by the first 3D broadcast of a rugby match in France, an achievement made possible through the technical expertise of Euro Media Sport.

Working with France Télévisions, CielEcran and Eutelsat, Euro Media Sports provided facilities including eight 3D camera rigs, made up of 16 cameras.
