EMF in pole position at Monaco Grand Prix

Euro Media France has just returned from the prestigious Monaco Grand Prix, where, for the 10th year running, a great team was used to provide the international signal.

The Automobile Club of Monaco once again put its faith in us to provide the technical equipment for the most difficult race of the Formula 1 World Championship. 

OB trucks XXL1 and XL4 spent a week in Monaco to cover the circuit and the stands with 42 cameras, 10 slow motion systems, 3 HF systems and 1 DVS Superloupe camera.

A success on every level

A success on every level

The Olympique Lyonnais women’s team won the greatest of European competitions, beating FFC Turbine Potsdam 2-0 in the final on Thursday at London’s Craven Cottage stadium.
Patrice Lair’s girls were able to enjoy the taste of revenge, having been beaten by that German team in 2010.
The other good news of the evening was the historic audience record achieved by Direct 8 yesterday evening.
The final of the Women’s Champions League drew 1,147,000 viewers, a 4.8% audience share.

Euro Media France serves aces at the French Open

Euro Media France was at the Roland Garros tennis tournament from 23rd to 26th May to broadcast from courts 3 and 6 in OB truck XXL2, whose capacity allowed a double production.
EMF also provided a team of technicians for the France Television visuals, and the inescapable HF camera which followed Daniel Lauclair every day.

Euro Media Group faces a new challenge: France –Wales in 3D

Following the first that was the live 3D broadcast to cinemas of the France-England match in the RBS Six Nations (following by a similar operation for the Toulouse-Biarritz final of the H Cup), Euro Media France has taken the challenge once again for France Télévisions, official broadcaster of the RBS 6 Nations.

A double filming and broadcasting team was in place:
- 8 3D cameras, including one crane, a travelling camera (XD Motion) and a HF steadicam.
- 6 slow motion cameras
- OB truck OB 14 , from the Dutch subsidiary of Euro Media Group (Cinevideogroup).

Le Crunch” 2011 packaged by EMG

France Télévisions made use of the group’s services in Twickenham last weekend for the packaging for the France-England march in the 6 Nations.

The OB2 OB truck from CTV  was in place and the team led by Samy Joffre customised the France Télévisions signal on site.
The match attracted over 6.5 million fans - a 36.9% audience share.

A large team of personnel from ACS have recently returned from a successful Winter Asian Games where they were responsible for delivering one of the largest and diverse projects to date for the company. 
The 7th Asian Winter Games was held in Kazakhstan and ACS was chosen by host broadcaster International Games Broadcasting Services (IGBS) to exclusively provide specialist camera facilities for all venues in and around the city of Almaty.
