As Chief Legal Officer, Paul leads the combined legal functions of EMG / Gravity Media with oversight over all commercial and contractual requirements and the administration of legal and corporate governance obligations of the group.

Prior to joining Gravity Media, Paul held a number of legal leadership roles at large media organisations, including ITV plc where he led and managed group’s international legal and business affairs function.

Prior to ITV, Paul worked in private practice, both at city law firms and media specialist firms.
