After joining the company in 2009 as Head of Organisation and HR, René Steinbusch became the German Chief Operating Officer, as well as covering other areas of the business including HR and Commercial.

Since 2022 he is now the CEO of EMG Germany GmbH. René has a Masters of Science degree in Economics and Sports.
