Wendy Stanborough is the HR Director for EMG Group. She is passionate about building strategies and initiatives focused on solving business and people challenges. She is a strong practitioner in HR partnering and consulting, employee relations, change management, coaching and talent management. Wendy has demonstrated success in working across the business at all levels developing trust and building effective partnerships

 Prior to EMG, Wendy spent more than 20 years at Xerox in roles which include finance, change management and most predominantly HR where she was responsible for the people strategy for the UK.
