Stéphane Vermersch has more than 25 years of experience in various enlarged CFO areas.

Up until 2019 Stéphane was Group General Secretary of Atalian, a €3Bn French Facility management leader, overseeing Finance, M&A, IT, Organisation, Legal and Procurement.

Prior to this he was deputy General Manager of Europ Assistance, a €1.5Bn international Service and Insurance subsidiary of Generali, where he was specifically in charge of international contracts management in Ireland for 8 years, as well as Europ Assistance Group Finance Officer from 2005.

Stéphane has worked in financial positions within Hilti, Louis Vuitton Malletier and Arthur Andersen in Paris.

He is a graduate from ESSEC business school and an engineer graduate from Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics de Paris (ESTP).

He joined Euro Media Group in February 2020.
